Don is an award-winning strategic product leader, board member, advisor, investor, husband, and father of 3. He built a career around solving problems with software and now focuses on building businesses built around those products. As the claims product lead at Clearcover he helped the company scale over 13x and raise over $500M in just 4 years. He led mobile and machine learning teams to back-to-back J.D. Power awards at Capital One. Don was the CEO of his own consulting company in Washington, DC for 8 years where he advised small businesses on refining their processes, implementation, and growth. He’s a self-professed product data nerd passionate about mobile and machine learning.
Don applies those passions when advising and mentoring startup founders and product leaders at Dart Leader. When he’s not helping companies grow, he’s probably into one of his favorite things: Family, Football, Fishing, or Food.
Eva is an award-winning writer, author, illustrator, designer, international speaker, and founder with a bachelors degree in Marketing , and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law. As a content creator, she has worked with brands including Wal-Mart, AT&T, Microsoft, and Beaches Resorts. A creative director for 8 years, she worked as a strategist for small businesses helping them craft their web presence, brand, and workflow to increase revenue.
She serves as the co-vice chairman Board of the Hurston/Wright Foundation, and leads the fundraising committee for the organization. As the founder of the SocaMom® Summit, Eva brought together more than 70 speakers representing over 20 countries, at the height of the coronavirus pandemic to discuss issues that are important to the diaspora. The event provided the community with over 50 sessions totaling more than 30 hours of discussions, teaching, and entertainment for both children and adults.
Eva is the author of two children’s books, is a wife, and is mother to three amazing children.
